Li’s was established in 1996 as a restaurant in Ware, it was one of the most popular restaurants in town- seven years later it was sold.  The first takeaway was opened in Hoddesdon in 1998, a second takeaway was opened in High Barnet in 2002 but it was sold after 3 years.
